I reached out and contacted Briner and Associates not knowing what to expect. I've had no previous experience working with a private investigator. I contacted three agencies. Briner and Associates replied in less than 24 hours, another agency replied two days later, and I never got a reply from the third agency. We hired Briner & Associates for some light investigation work when moving into a new home. We wanted to make sure the neighborhood was safe, and we noticed a neighbor wearing an ankle bracelet. We provided an address and a physical description and Rob was able to give us a full rundown on what he could find regarding the property history and individuals listed at the address. It gave us incredible peace of mind to know the public records as well as details (ie the neighbor was not a sex offender nor were they involved in any violent crimes) that would have been unavailable to us without Rob's help.
